2026 IRAI 2026 – 1st IEEE International Conference on Responsible Artificial Intelligence
IRAI 2026 will be held on 3-5 September 2026 in Melbourne, Australia
The IEEE International Conference on Responsible Artificial Intelligence (IRAI) 2026 is sponsored by the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) and La Trobe University, Australia.
The growing influence and impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across industry and society calls for increased global dialogue on responsible design, development, deployment, and responsible adoption, use and application. IRAI aims to bring together relevant stakeholders, academic researchers, industry leaders, practitioners, policymakers, and students, to present research innovations, debate research challenges, exchange knowledge and experiences, and foster collaboration on the diverse topics of Responsible AI. We invite original research papers (max 6 pages in IEEE format) in the following topics. This conference aims to promote best practice and encourage the development of AI that prioritises technical performance, innovation, impact, alongside ethics, safety, security, transparency, fairness, and accountability. By fostering global collaboration and interdisciplinary exchange, IRAI seeks to drive real-world impact by influencing research, practice, and policy.
