Meet the 2023 IEEE President-Elect Candidates Forum is scheduled on Friday, 8 July 2022 – 9:00 am – 10:30 am ET
The IEEE Board of Directors has authorized a new Pilot Campaign Program that applies to IEEE President-Elect candidates for the 2022 and 2023 elections. As part of this pilot program, the second and final session of the “Meet the 2023 IEEE President-Elect Candidates Forum” will be held on Friday, 8 July 2022 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am ET. This virtual event will be livestreamed by IEEE.tv and recorded for future viewing.
During the Forum, 2022 IEEE President & CEO K. J. Ray Liu will ask the candidates questions submitted by members on issues important to them and IEEE. This is an opportunity to hear directly from the 2023 IEEE President-Elect candidates and get informed ahead of the 2022 annual election.
The 2023 IEEE President-Elect candidates are:
- Thomas M. Coughlin (Nominated by IEEE Board of Directors)
- Maike Luiken (Nominated by IEEE Board of Directors)
- Kazuhiro Kosuge (Nominated by Petition)
- Kathleen A. Kramer (Nominated by IEEE Board of Directors)
Candidate position listing order was pre-determined by lottery and indicates no preference.
